When an organisation uses HeliumID to verify individuals, the organisation decides what to collect and why. HeliumID processes that information on the organisation's behalf. For ID Pass and for heliumid.io, HeliumID is responsible for the information it collects directly.

We protect identity information throughout collection, processing, storage and transmission, and manage access within organisations through roles and permissions.
